Legoland Florida Celebrates Halloween with Brick-Or-Treat

This weekend will see the premier of Legoland Florida's family-friendly 2014 Brick-Or-Treat Halloween celebration.

The Florida theme park will feature spooky special events that are aimed at keeping the whole family busy with interactive adventures - plus the entire Legoland Florida theme park's 50 rides, shows and attractions will also be open.

Brick-Or-Treat is now celebrating its third year of fun at Legoland Florida, and is bigger and better than ever.  New this year at the Brick-or-Treat Trail will be limited quantities of special commemorative Lego bricks, distributed along with sweets and other surprises.  The Trail features a cul-de-sac with different Lego themed stations where kids can find a fun and safe in-park trick-or-treating experience.

The theme park will also hold the "Everything is Awesome" Costume Contest, where the Lego Movie's Emmet will appear.  The contest features three separate age groups for kids in their finest Halloween garb to strut their stuff to try to be the winner.

Naturally Legos are featured in several of the Brick-or-Treat activities, like the Lego Ghost Build, where kids can help create a eight foot tall brick ghost model.  Legoland Florida is also home to the world's largest Lego pumpkin, with photo opportunities available with it.

There's also a meet & greet with Lego characters in their Halloween costumes, and a nightly dance party to end the evening.

For more information on Legoland Florida's Brick-Or-Treat celebration, check out the park's official website.  The event will run each weekend during October, 2014.
