More on Save the Big Dipper

A senator from Ohio has written Cedar Fair to show support for saving the Big Dipper. I really honestly hope that the ride is saved ... but I'm not sure that Cedar Fair cares much.

The company's quote in this article about this letter sounds like they're now trying to push off responsibility off of themselves since the ride is for sale. Like that makes sense, cause it's not like they closed the park in the first place.

Crocker Park is on the other side of Cleveland (closer to Sandusky) that is the kind of plan that could be built on that site, and save the coaster. Unfortunately, it's not up to Cedar Fair, Martin & Vleminchx, or US Senators to save a coaster... that lies with whomever buys the land.
