New Frozen Offerings Arriving at Disneyland Resort

The extended success of Frozen has helped play a part in a record year for Disney overall, and has led to a plethora of new attractions being offered all over the Disneyland Resort this winter.

Most of the additions will take place at Disney California Adventure, where the Hollywood Land will be filled with Frozen Fun.  The Muppets will be on hiatus as the "For the First Time in Forever - A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration" takes over their building.  The show features "two Arendellian Historians, acting as hosts, leading the festivities, with the “Frozen” characters making memorable appearances throughout. Some of the favorite musical sequences (and lyrics) are shown on large screens to make sure everybody enjoys all the fun."

Anna & Elsa's Royal Welcome will be the duo's new meet and greet location, inside the Disney Animation Building.  Visitors to the building will also be able to learn to create their own Olaf in the "Do You Want to Draw a Snowman" experience.

Also in Hollywood Land will be "Olaf's Snow Fest," complete with a setting reminiscent of Arendelle that contains live entertainment, cookie decorating, and a real snow play area including a snow-slide.  Of course, Olaf will be there as well!

To replace the recently retired Mad T Party will be "Freeze The Night! A Family Dance Party."  The interactive party will light up the entire Hollywood Land area will music, lighting, food and beverage, games and other interactive elements.

Next door, Disneyland will being showing an all new Frozen themed live show at Fantasy Faire.  Downtown Disney will allow guests to ice skate on "Olaf's Frozen Ice Rink" as well.

Several of the new offerings will preview starting December 20th, while all will be open as of the official date on January 7th.
