Merlin Planning 425 ft. Wheel In Orlando

As if a trip to Orlando didn't already offer enough entertainment options, Merlin Entertainment has announced that they are in talks with Circle Entertainment to bring three of their brands to the new I-Walk Orlando development.

The attractions include a Madame Tussauds wax museum and a 425 ft. tall Ferris wheel - named the Orlando Eye - all set among a complex of restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues.

I-Walk Orlando has a planned opening of 2013.  Merlin Entertainment has already declared their arrival onto the Florida scene - in a big way - by announcing Legoland Florida last year.  The highly renovated and re-branded theme park is set to open in October.
