SeaWorld Orlando Teasing "Cool" New Coaster for 2020 Season

The rumored new roller coaster for SeaWorld Orlando is now more a reality than ever before, as the theme park has released its chilly new teaser for the ride.

The video makes it clear that the ride is going to be themed around a pretty cold setting, even pushing for the ride to be discussed using the hashtag #BreakTheIce.  The short clips features what appears to be some sort of bird flying through the arctic setting, with text promising "plunging thrills" and "predatory heights."  The text at the end of the video rules out any confusion about the style of the 2020 ride, as it plainly called it a new coaster.

SeaWorld Orlando has had to file some plans for the ride's construction and that means that leaks are around if you want to get an idea of what's in store.  The ride's teaser video fits perfectly with the ride being located adjacent to the Wild Arctic section of the park, which is exactly what was described in the below video from Midway Mayhem.  They describe the coaster as containing multiple launches, a beyond vertical spike, a large tophat element and more.

Their analysis in the below video will cover just about all rumored aspects of the new coaster, so watch it to get the full picture.  The park promises more teasers in the near future!

2020 is shaping up to be an epic year for the SeaWorld Entertainment parks with regard to new roller coasters.  We've already had Mako (a B&M Dive Coaster) announced for SeaWorld San Diego, Busch Gardens Tampa has confirmed a Rocky Mountain Construction renovation for Gwazi, it appears as though SeaWorld San Antonio is working on new wooden coaster footers, and Busch Gardens Williamsburg has a not-so-secret giant launched coaster going in as well.
