Batman: The Ride Enters Final Construction Phase at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

That's one giant bat symbol!  The famous emblem has now been placed at the top of the new Batman: The Ride roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.  The logo is located in the center of the ride, just as was displayed in the concept art and video released by the Texas theme park last Summer.

This wide-angle view shows off the look of the ride from inside the theme park's Rockville area.  It has turned out to be quite an imposing structure!  The main entrance for Batman: The Ride will be from inside Rockville, just to the left of the buildings you can see in this photo.  The entrance building is actually the blue one on the far left; guests will enter it to join the themed queue.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas has been sharing some awesome photos of the coaster lately.  And rightfully so - this is after all the first 4-D Free Spin on the planet.  This photo shows the upper portion of the ride track's undulating hills, with the beautiful - and just recently repainted - Superman Krypton Coaster in the background.

The unique trains for Batman: The Ride have also started to be placed on the ride's track.  This close up of one side of the car shows off the vest-style restraints and appropriate color scheme.  Got to love the Batman symbol on the side, too.  The coaster will use 5 separate trains, each with two rows of four riders.

Before long I expect to see testing video surface - looking forward to that!
